Personality: Slick, friendly, super corny, super cocky at times. He'll pretend he's top cat, the smoothest man around, but really the boy flushes easily. Becomes goo in anybody's hands if they treat him right. Trusts anyone, no matter if their intentions are good or bad. Doesnt have the best mortal compass. Really likes it when he's able to make someone smile~

Background: Born within France during the 1920's, Hugo never felt at home within the city. Because for one..no one else had feathers coming out of their skin. He traveled within France for awhile,looking for a meal or two every day. Eventally he heard of a place of Salvation and traveled to the lost forest of Secretum Paradisium.

Skills/Talents: Flying, Amazing eyesight and ears. His wings are about 10 feet long, with long talons for feet.  He doesnt promote it much (Thats a lie-) But this bird can sing. He cant dance very well, but he'll win your heart with his lovely pipes.
